Over the last 50+ years, Land and Lakes has provided non-hazardous waste management services for the Chicagoland area. Currently, the Company operates the Willow Ranch Clean Construction and Demolition Debris Facility located in Romeoville, Illinois. The site accepts clean fill and CCDD that has been pre-approved for acceptance.

 

The Company also manages several waste management facilities which are leased to third parties such as food waste and landscape waste composting sites, and a municipal waste transfer station. It has managed several closed landfills with the aim of returning these redeveloped to productive real estate uses.
